Reservation Procedures
- Check conference rooms availability, to view and verify what conference space is available.
- To reserve a conference room space in Building 240 – TCS Conference Center, fill-out the reservation form.
- All set-ups are required one week prior to the scheduled event (set-up options). Set-ups should be emailed to tcsconferencecenter@cels.anl.gov.

Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations and changes should be emailed to tcsconferencecenter@cels.anl.gov at least three business days in advance of weekday meetings, and four business days in advance of off-hour meetings.
Failure to notify tcsconferencecenter@cels.anl.gov for cancellations on off-hour meetings, may result in a cancellation fee.
Additional Information
- Furniture may ONLY be moved by the facility management team by contacting tcsconferencecner@cels.anl.gov or building manager at 2-1534.
- NOTHING may be taped to walls or doors.
- All exit doors and aisles must be kept unobstructed during events.
- All coffee pots, crockpots, tea kettles, etc. used in the conference center must be plugged into wall outlets. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
- Sternos are not allowed without prior approval to the facility management team.
- Outside caterers must have a Certificate of Insurance on file with the facility management company.
- Alcohol may only be served in the conference center space in accordance with Argonne policy (LMS-POL-63) and notification to the conference center manager at the time of the reservation.
