Please read the below information closely to ensure an accurate booking.

Policy Highlights

  • Final set-ups are due to tcsconferencecenter@cels.anl.gov one week prior to event. (Set-up options)
  • Furniture may ONLY be moved by the facility management team. Contact tcsconferencecenter@cels.anl.gov or 2-1534 with requests.
  • Use of tape on walls and doors is prohibited.
  • Exit doors and aisles must be kept unobstructed at all times.
  • All appliances (coffee pots, crockpots, tea kettles, etc.) must be plugged into wall outlets. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
  • Sternos are not allowed without prior approval. Contact tcsconferencecenter@cels.anl.gov or 2-1534 with request
  • Outside caterers must have a Certificate of Insurance on file with the facility management company.
  • Alcohol may only be served if conference center manager is alerted during reservation process. Event must be in accordance with Argonne policy (LMS-POL-63).
  • Cancellations and changes should be emailed to tcsconferencecenter@cels.anl.gov at least three business days in advance of weekday meetings, and four business days in advance of off-hour meetings. Failure to notify tcsconferencecenter@cels.anl.gov for cancellations on off-hour meetings, may result in a cancellation fee.
