In the event of a fire or evacuation announcement, listen for brief instructions about evacuation and relocation. If no instructions are given, evacuate through the main conference center door and go towards the south through the side parking lot gate to the relocation area – the B241 overhang area – follow the crowd.

The event Host or the designated Point of Contact (POC) holding an event at the Theory and Computing Sciences (TCS) Conference Center, Building 240, should plan to coordinate with Security as early as possible to ensure a high level of customer service and expeditious site access for event attendees. The Host or POC must utilize the “Register an Onsite Event” form in Vector found on the Visitor Approval Process page. The following form should be filled out and submitted to request event access through the public gate to ensure a safe, secure, and seamless visit.

*Effective May 3, 2023, A REAL ID will be required to gain access to the Laboratory for any individual 18 years of age or older.
